We are pleased to announce our first two Carpentry Apprentices have completed their EPA assessments successfully and are the first of our cohort to complete the New Apprenticeship Standard Qualification.

With more apprentices ready to undertake their EPA at levels 2 and 3, our model of training and support, working with our partners from college and industry placements collaboratively, is a proven model for bringing new, properly trained and educated people into the construction industry.
Joe Webb spent the majority of his training with Swift Crafted Ltd and Jack Wild finished his with Aspell's Carpentry & Joinery Ltd, where he spent the final few months of his training. A huge thank you and well done to those contractors too. CoTrain Programme Director Mark Pope comments, “Hopefully Jack and Joe will be the first of many in the coming years and I hope they are as proud of their achievement as we are of seeing them complete their apprenticeships successfully.”
