Ben nurtures his ambition to work his way up to Commercial Director

Ben Harrison – Quantity surveying Level 4 apprentice – joined CoTrain in September 2022. He is hosted at BAM working on the Southampton General Hospital project.

Ben has chosen Quantity Surveying Level 4 for his apprenticeship. He is doing his training with Solent University and work experience with BAM.

He values the BAM team's help and the fact they always explain when needed to make sure Ben understands. In such a friendly and supportive environment, Ben nurtures his ambition to work his way up to Commercial Director and also, to work abroad.

Ben’s current supervisor was once an apprentice, so he became a role model for Ben. Ben is confident he will pave his way to the same position his supervisor is, eventually.
