CoTrain launches a Challenge to shape the future of construction
The words “skills shortage” are much discussed in every area of industry, social media, as well as in conferences, workshops, and networking events.
BUT WHAT IF WE TURN WORDS INTO ACTION?
We did precisely that at CoTrain this year. We decided to act by supporting companies in the area in creating apprenticeships. So, this National Apprenticeship Week 2024, CoTrain launched the #CreateApprenticeship Challenge.
