CoTrain supports National Apprenticeship Week 2024

CoTrain is proud to support National Apprenticeship Week 2024 and launched the Create Apprenticeship Challenge to support the sector.

The National Apprenticeship Week 2024 theme of ‘Skills for Life’ continues from 2023 and encourages everyone to consider how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career and employers to develop a workforce with future-ready skills.

CoTrain joins the annual week-long celebration, brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make on individuals, businesses and the wider economy.

Going straight to the theme of NAW 2024, Mark is talking about the Skills For Life our apprentices learn with CoTrain and our fantastic construction hosts.

To celebrate NAW 2024 this year, we set the Create Apprenticeships Challenge.

THE CHALLENGE

We aiming to collaborate with partners and create 50 new apprenticeship placements by April 2024.

WHO IS INVITED TO JOIN?

If you are a company working in construction (designer or architecture practice, consultant, constructor, etc.), we will help you find apprentices to meet your specific needs.

We will take care of all the apprenticeship journey from recruitment, education and managing the apprentices so that you only focus on the skills you need them to learn.

WHY JOIN?

By joining the Challenge, you'll become a part of the CoTrain partner network that works together to drive positive change and tackle the skills shortage in the sector.

You will get the workforce you need for your projects, receive recognition as a company contributing to tackling a sector issue, and join a fantastic group of partners committed to positive change.
